The Documented Life Project Week Twelve

Hello Everyone!

I'm a bit late with my week 12 post.  Maybe because I am unenthusiastic about the page.  It's one of those "it worked so well  in my head" pages.  At least it compares favorably to my week one page, LOL!  The challenge was to use magazine clippings in some way:

I collaged a collection of aqua magazine photos onto my watercolor paper base and masked it with circles before adding layers of gesso and stamping.  I decided I really liked the masks, so I added most of them back into the mix.  A few bits of lace and trimmings were stapled in, along with some printed and handwritten text and doodling.  To finish things of, I glued in some leftover butterflies.

The splotchy pinkness comes from Dylusions spray.  Not the fault of the ink, just my inexperience.  Next time I'll be a bit more cautious!
