My hearts must go on...

Happy Day, Crafty People!

I have another heart card today.  I realize that Valentine's Day has come and gone, but that doesn't mean the love has to stop!!!

I love the fresh color combo of red and white, and for me, it works at any time of year.  (Ok, so the heart and arrows kind of give it away as a late Valentine, LOL.)

I played around with some second and third generation stamping for the focal element of this card.  This technique is both thrifty and fun, so it makes my heart go pitter patter!  (Note to self:  stamp off all stamps on scratch paper for inclusion in  art journals!)  The ink is Red Geranium Archival.

Here's the inside:

It's matted to match the card front, and features another printed and cut sentiment.  I think I could  make some space in my craft room by getting rid of all of my sentiment stamps and just using print and cut.  I won't, but I could!

Have a fabulous fun day!

  1. Love the crispness of this card, yet somehow it still maintains a vintage feel as well! Awesome card, Elizabeth.
