Hello Everyone!
Happy Saturday. I hope you have some crafting planned for this long weekend. I am a bit later than usual with my weekly card post. I was hoping for the sun to come out so that I could redo some photos of my recent cards, but no luck, so I will apologize for the quality of some of these shots.
I love this text stamp, and use it over and over. Many of the cards that I am making this year will be mailed off to my "off to college" girls over the next several years, so it is a very appropriate sentiment for those cards.
I enjoyed working with bold colors on this card.
This is a neat way to use washi tape.
This little paper pieced owl was a fun make.
I recently discovered "one layer" cards. I am intrigued by their simplicity, and had to try one. I made the background strip with masked Distress Ink, and over stamped with Archival black, with some additional shadow stamping. I have been wanting to improve my stamping skills, and this seems like a good way to practice.
I hope you all have a fabulous weekend!
Elizabeth
ok, trying again. LOL I stated you have been busy, great cards.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Michelle! Having a blast in my craft room, lately!
DeleteAll of them are great, Elizabeth, I especially like the butterfly's color combo!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Lisa. Yellow and blue is a favorite of mine. Probably because if you mix them, you get green! LOL
