Birthday card for my husband.

This week, I stole some hardware from my husband's workbench, and gave it back to him on a card! 

After  watching Tim Holtz's Stamptember video, I wanted to play with layering my stamps.  These are all Tim Holtz Stamps, except the tiny alphabet stamps that I used to stamp DH's name on the hardware.  (Too much glare to see it, but it looks cool, and really personalizes the card.)  I used lots of Distress Inks, and an oak leaf mask on the background.

DH was pretty pleased with his card, and didn't mind at all that I added some of his hardware to it.
