I worked on this project over the course of a few nights this week. I was going to post all of the steps that I took to make it, but it was really long, and not even that interesting to me, so instead, I will just share the photo and some brief notes:
I used techniques from the following Creative Jumpstart Demonstrations:
CJS #2 - Julie Fei Fan Balzer: Stencils with Ink Applicator.
CJS #4 - Cheryl Laakonen: Washi Tape and Bead Gel Medium
CJS #13 - Natalie Kalbach Gesso Stamping on Transparencies
CJS #29 - Natalie Kalbach: Coloring black and white photos
CJS # 33 - Dina Wakely: stamping on tissue
CJS # 37- Birgit Koopsen: Foils with sticky embossing powder
I varied my techniques from the videos where necessary to make use of supplies that I have on hand.
Stencils cut with my electronic cutter purchased at That's Scrap, Inc.
Assorted papers from my scrap pile.

Disclaimer: I am not posting this because I think it is terrific. I am posting it in hopes that I can look back at some future point and see how much I have progressed. This mixed media thing is something I think I am going to love!
Happy Superbowl Weekend!
